I had a download here. We leave the truck in a small parking lot in front of the company and go to the checkpoint; you need to have your license and reference number with you. The girl tells you your number and you go into the car and wait for the required number to appear on the display. Then we stop by and load up (have your CMRs at the time of loading). There is a toilet. Ships quickly

The employees are surprisingly very calm. They don't throw documents back at you because you don't understand Italian, but they try to politely explain what you have to do.
